“MUMS have managed St. Wolstan’s Abbey for several years, taking over the running of a very large estate at a time of upheaval and confusion. The haphazard finances taken over by MUMS bear no relation to those currently under the management of MUMS.
MUMS’ management and site staff have worked intelligently and diligently to utilise community funds to enhance the grounds and make the buildings safe – in the interior and in the exterior. MUMS have persisted with exceptional professionalism for several years to ensure the common areas are handed over by the Builder.
Unsocial behaviour and fly tipping have been pursued relentlessly – in the past and until today. MUMS have an excellent working relationship with the Garda Siochana in Celbridge and this has further improved security in the estate. Illegal car parking has been pursued and is now under control.
Assess to assistance is above and beyond any other Management Company of my experience. 24 hours’ availability is the norm with MUMS and their response time is exceptional. I am of the view there isn’t a Management Company of their standing in the Dublin area. They are exceptional.
In my more than ten years of dealing with MUMS Staff (office and on site) I have been met with nothing but professionalism and a “can do, will do” attitude.
